Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

Welcome to YetCRM.

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of the website https://yetcrm.com ("Site") and the YetCRM CRM platform ("Service").

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement, accept its terms, and agree to comply with them.

If the User does not agree with any provision of this Agreement, they must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

YetCRM is a cloud-based CRM system designed to automate the operations of service-based companies.

Functionality may include:

• lead management;
• customer management;
• deal management;
• communication history tracking;
• integration with Facebook Pages;
• integration with Instagram Business;
• integration with Facebook Lead Ads;
• integration with Messenger;
• email integration;
• telephony integration;
• processing inquiries from various channels;
• business process automation;
• report generation.

The list of features may change without prior notice.

3. Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

The User undertakes to:

• provide accurate information;
• keep their data up to date;
• not transfer access to third parties;
• maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The User bears full responsibility for all actions performed through their account.

4. Meta Integrations

YetCRM may use official Meta APIs to connect:

• Facebook Pages;
• Instagram Business Accounts;
• Messenger;
• Facebook Lead Ads.

Connection is established only after the user authorizes it through Meta.

The User independently determines which pages, business accounts, and permissions they grant to the Service.

YetCRM uses only the permissions necessary for the selected features to function.

The User may revoke access at any time through their Meta account settings or by disabling the integration in YetCRM.

5. User Data

During operation, the Service may process:

• client contact details;
• messages;
• inquiries;
• lead information;
• interaction history;
• technical integration data.

All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Use of the Service

It is prohibited to:

• use the Service in violation of the law;
• infringe on the rights of third parties;
• gain unauthorized access to other accounts;
• use automated tools to attack the Service;
• distribute malicious software;
• use Meta integrations in violation of Meta's rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the YetCRM software, its design, source code, database structure, logos, interface, and documentation belong to the owner of the Service.

The User receives a non-exclusive right to use the Service for the duration of use.

8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the Service operates continuously.

However, the following may occur:

• technical maintenance;
• updates;
• temporary interruptions;
• emergency work.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 operation of the Service.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is."

To the extent permitted by law, YetCRM is not liable for:

• loss of profit;
• indirect damages;
• loss of data due to the actions of third parties;
• discontinuation of Meta services;
• changes to the Meta API;
• restrictions on access to Meta accounts.

10. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of:

• violation of this Agreement;
• use of the Service for unlawful purposes;
• violation of Meta's rules;
• creation of a security threat to the platform.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may amend this Agreement.

A new version takes effect once it is published on the website.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

12. Termination of Use

The User may stop using the Service at any time.

After use is discontinued, certain data may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements or to support backup procedures.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if agreement cannot be reached, in a competent court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
